 Refund

You have 30 calendar days to not accept your received medical service.

 How to Initiate a refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at osshakim@osshakim.com to inform us of your intention to refund the medical service we provided to you.
• Provide the name of the service you wish to refund, the date, and the reason for the refund.
• Our customer support team will investigate the case and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting it.
• If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund which may take a few days to process.
